We need you to educate your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors and anyone else you talk to about why AB 32 must immediately be suspended. AB 32 threatens to devastate our economy and limit our personal freedoms. However, being right does not help us unless activists like you get the word out. This is the only way we can get our state back on track and we need your help.

The general fact sheet gives an overview of AB 32′s costs both to us individually and to the economy at large, its ineffectiveness, its devastating effect on state agency budgets through resulting tax revenue declines and its abridgements of personal freedom. The CARB fact sheet exposes the California Air Resources Board itself for its intrusions on personal freedom, bureaucratic tyranny and its waste, fraud and abuse.
