In a big victory for energy users, CARB has backed down and postponed the fraudulent job-killing diesel regulations until 2014. In a hearing last Friday, business owners, scientists, and representatives of six Tea Party Patriot chapters strongly urged CARB to postpone its efforts to impose costs on small trucking and construction companies amounting to tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars per truck.
